Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is a figure who will always have a special place in the hearts of Indians. All of us referred to him as Bapu. He has also been dubbed “Father of the Nation.” He was a firm believer in nonviolence.

Birth

Bapu was born on the 2nd of October 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat. He was born into a Hindu household.

 

Studies
